Reserving your date

We review each request and confirm availability, then send an invoice. A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your date; the balance is due no later than 3 days before your event.

Where we travel

We serve within a 30–40 minute drive of downtown Glendale, covering much of greater Los Angeles. Additional travel fees may apply beyond that distance.

What we need on-site

A setup area with at least two electrical outlets within 25 feet of the serving station. A 10% service fee is applied to all packages for admin, insurance, and coordination.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better — popular dates fill up fast. Send your request through our booking page and we'll review your event details and confirm availability before invoicing you.

How do I reserve my date?

Once your date is available, you'll receive an invoice requiring a 20% non-refundable deposit. Your date isn't held until the deposit is paid, and the remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event.

Do you travel to my location?

Yes! We cater within a 30–40 minute drive of downtown Glendale — including Burbank, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, La Cañada, and much of greater LA. Additional travel fees may apply beyond that range.

What's included in the price?

Everything for the live station: made-to-order crepes throughout the service window, 2–3 Food Handler certified chefs, all toppings, and disposable plates, napkins, and utensils. A 10% service fee covers administration, insurance, and coordination.
