Karen and Maria gave us one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We came in about 10 minutes before closing, and instead of being rude or trying to rush us out like most places do, they were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming the entire time. They greeted us with smiles and made us feel comfortable even though it was late.

This is my absolute favorite café! The ice cream is incredibly creamy and full of flavor, the crepes are perfectly made — soft, fresh, and delicious — and the milkshakes are rich and amazing every time. Everything tastes high quality and made with care. The service is always friendly. I always leave happy. Highly recommend to everyone! 🍦✨

Visited Roll cafe today and tried the combo of Oreo sundae and Oreo crepe with Nutella. Super satisfying. Didn’t wait long, even though it was busy.

While spending our time in Glendale as tourists with my family, whenever we were visiting Galleria mall, we have never missed a chance to grab some fresh waffles with ice cream (strongly recommend), and the service was always top notch!
